Challenge
Client lost entire week of data due to server down and no data was backed up by previous IT company. Since server was down over a week, client business also had to halt as they were not operational without their server back online.
Solution
As we took over, not only we ensured server is up and running but also data is backed up in the cloud by a HIPAA compliant data center. We placed a Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) device – a small backup server that takes entire image of server and all workstations. The BDR can run backup copy virtually in minutes in case of disaster.
